Mercure Nice Marché Aux Fleurs

Great location in the edge of the old town right in front of the beach. 24hrs front desk and staff was helpful when I arrived late at night. I had a basic room but the bed was very big. Room was cozy with glimpses of the sea from the window.

Mercure Hotel reception agent John was highly professional, impeccably courteous, and outstandingly helpful to us during our stay at the Mercure. He contacted Booking.com about a discrepancy in their confirmation to me of three different prices for the hotel, attempting to resolve the issue for us. Though John expended extra time and energy on this problem, Booking.com was dismissive to him, refusing to honor their original lowest confirmed price. We so appreciated John’s efforts on our behalf. He also made us feel welcomed at the Mercure. His customer relation skills are superb, for he cheerfully followed through on all our requests during our stay. John is a lovely and valuable asset to the Mercure. Thank you, John, for all you did so pleasantly for us.

Cute little hotel right on the seafront. Its location probably gives it the high price as the rooms are small, but I loved being able to walk straight across the road and jump in the sea. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with lots of fruit and breads and cereals. I found it to be a little haven.

We had a large premium room with a large modern shower room. The bed was also very large with comfortable pillows. The location was excellent. Everything from the Old town to the beach was all just steps away We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we travel to Nice.

Fantastic location right infront of The french reviera. Close to all the sites. Lovely restaurants and bars around. Clean and friendly staff. Enjoyed Nice festival with easy access. The buring of the King and fireworks was just infront of the hotel Mercure.
