Location was perfect. close to restaurants, close to the public transport and to pubs.

Although backing onto a busy street, once the windows were shut, the shutters put down and the air con set to a comfortable temperature, our room was very quiet! The bathroom was a large wet room with a terrific monsoon shower - clean with plenty of towels. We would definitely book this hotel again.

The location is fantastic - a few steps to the sea and beautiful promenade. The central square is just around the corner, many cafes/restaurants/shops around.

Without realizing we booked our stay during the Iron Man - I guess that explains the price a bit! So it was cool (ish?) to be on literally the front step of that event but also the Promenade d’Anglais.

The location is too good to be true. On the beachfront but away from the very crowded parts of the beach. Right on the edge of Old Town but not in the middle of the criwds and the noise. And very easy to get to by tram from the airport! A winner!!

Location could not be better. Personnel friendly and helpful. Drinks to buy in the reception. Quiet room despite location, also liked the balcony.

The location was great! It was across the Promenade from the beach and a 5-min walk from the Old Town.
